At Missions of Virtue we strive to empower women in the inner-city of Jamaica, providing them with basic needs and necessities, scholarships for business development and skills training, as well as spiritual upliftment and encouragement. Our dedicated team of passionate individuals continuously give their all to making this vision a reality.
Despite the ongoing pandemic, we have continued to receive generous donations and help
from you all - both in cash and kind. Thank you for giving - your donations have made
a great difference in so many lives.
- Expansion -
Missions of Virtue, Inc. is now partnering with local organizations to help alleviate the needs in communities that surround us. With the help of members from Greater Framingham Community Church, as well as the Rotary Club in Framingham and other Metrowest groups, we distribute clothing and other personal items to displaced individuals and persons with very limited resources. We believe that if everyone contributes one small thing, together we can make a big impact. When we touch a life, we change a life and that creates a far reaching ripple effect for their good.
Latest Mission: Nursing School
During our 2022 outreach in Jamaica, it was brought to our attention that there were ladies wanting to go to Nursing School who did not have the funds to do so. After some research, Missions of Virtue has decided to take part in this yearly venture to sponsor two ladies to attend the Practical Nursing Program at the Distinction College in Jamaica. The estimated cost per lady will be US$2,000 which will cover registration, education supplies, and one year of schooling required to get Certification.
Business Startup Sponsorship
Through sponsorship donations, these women have been given the jump-start
needed to get their own personal businesses up and running! These are their stories.
Events / Announcements
On December 7th, 2024, Missions of Virtue will be hosting their third annual “High Tea” fundraiser in support of one of our ongoing missions: sending 2 additionally selected women to attend an accredited Nursing School in Jamaica, covering tuition, supplies, and meals for the duration of the certification.
Each year, Missions of Virtue holds a Women’s Conference in Jamaica to inspire hope and encourage perseverance through
spiritual conversation - to present God in their everyday lives.
Following the Corona virus pandemic, the time, location, and capacity of the Annual
Women’ s Conference will constantly be adjusted to ensure maximum safety and
consideration for all attendees.
Back in 2020, M.O.V. hosted a dedicated clothing drive event in Framingham, MA. And although the campaign has ended, we continue to receive all items offered as donations.

Donate Today!
Just a few dollars goes a long way. $10USD is equivalent to a family dinner for an evening or child’s lunch for a week. While $40USD is enough to provide a communal dinner for a gathering of up to 20 individuals. We appreciate donations of any amount, as it only takes a little to make a huge impact.
Not all donations have to be monetary to have value. Clothing, household items and basic necessities are still crucial and make a huge difference on the quality of life for each individual receiving aid.
Unable to assist in any of the prior options? We encourage you to consider donating a bit of your time to our Mission!
